If a player gets a wizard's apprentice when rolling up his 0 level PCs, does he get spells in his black grimoire?

I'm thinking of using the DCC module "Legends are Made, not Born".

Cthulhu is neutral because Cthulhu don't give a f**k.

As for the Wizard, maybe the 0 level PC had some latent magical ability that the stress of adventuring caused to blossom? Maybe the 0 level Elves, Dwarves, and Halflings already have the racial abilities?

I was thinking of awarding XP equal to the monster's hit points. For example, a goblin with 5 hp is worth 5 xp.

Will I be able to preorder with a money order?

I would also like BR redone as a Savage Worlds setting.
