Re: Introductions Thread - Join the Band!
Hello; I'm in Auckland. I've been playing RPGs since 1981 Basic and 2nd edition Call of Cthulhu; other games played around that period include AD&D, Gamma World, Boot Hill, Star Frontiers, Runequest, Ringworld, Elfquest, Tunnels & Trolls, Car Wars, Space 1889, and many others escaping me at...

Saberhagen- Empire of the East DCC RPG
I saw that GG will be making Empire of the East RPG from Fred Saberhagen's books of the same name. Awhile back I had sent GG a message suggesting approaching the Saberhagen estate on obtaining rights to a RPG based on Saberhagen's "Lost Swords" series. But I guess they decided this was a b...

Re: Clerics & their Gods- any books?
What about details on the "starter" gods for clerics per the Core Rules: Ildavir, Daenthar, etc? Seems sensible to have info on these available to players for better PC depth and roleplaying. Daenthar gets a write up, as do the other "starter" gods from the DCC core rule book me...

Thanks I'll check it out. It sounds good. I still hope there will be a book on Gods/Clerics some time. There are already two Patron books and plenty others around. Detailed Deities? Not really. Very very few.

This adventure is great fun and worth the price. The Snail God is very cool. I hope there are more adventures like this coming soon, and that Xantanos & Zarthura make an appearance. (or even as Patrons) Go buy a copy now. https://bernietheflumph.blogspot.com/2018/04/crepuscular-1-sanctum-of-snai...

Thank you. I have backed the Annual luckily. Im looking for fantasy Gods rather than historical. But maybe those two books maybe give me some ideas.

Hugely disappointed. I never got everything I paid for and I even kicked in extra to help shipping. I backed this guy. Shame.

I would have liked to see the REAL originals- Black Dougal (thief), Silverleaf(elf), Morgan Ironwolf(fighter), Fredrik(dwarf), Sister Rebecca(cleric).

Re: Canine Character Class: Dog becomes Beloved Character
I like it, but Im having a hard time believing the skills of Hide & Move Silently. I could see Hide for a small breed dog. Maybe have different breeds , like classes? Fighter(larger dog), Runner (speed obviously), Runt(small dog ), maybe even a "trained" where the dog is a bit smarter....

Given the huge pile of stuff we got with the KS I am not surprised that there aren't a flood of announcements for new products just yet.

If you want to do this, you could use the materials in Primal Tales #1 to build the base animal types before layering on mutations. That should work pretty well. I would change the last line to just "ADVENTURE". Get more use that way. Versatile. Judge? We always used DM, Dungeon Master.
