Re: Crawl! fanzine Digital Editions...! (pdf)

I'm happy to learn about d20pfsrd. I bought all the Crawl zines I didn't have in print there in pdf format as well as the AL series for good measure. :)

Re: A hand drawn character sheet I made

Thanks for sharing. I like the originality of it and, personally, the angle doesn't bother me at all. I'll offer it to my players as an option.

Thanks!

Re: burning luck

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate. I was really unsure on how to judge this as I felt it was too hard on the player to let them spend luck blind. I like the various suggestions given and willl see what makes sense for my game.

Cheers!

Re: burning luck

New to DCC so I got a question regarding luck burning. From what I gather, the player doesn't know by how much he missed the roll so he must decided to burn an amount of luck blind, or is it written somewhere that he knows how much is required and I missed it?

Re: Survivors of the Starless Sea

Just finished this with my group yesterday. Four survivors out of 20, so all 5 players kept one except for an unlucky player. The module was really fun. This was our first adventure with DCC. It was fun to see veteran players being so cautious! Any suggestion on a follow-up adventure? Also, how do p...

Re: Why is electrum worth more than gold?

Electrum is an alloy of silver and gold, mostly. Why are electrum coins worth more than gold coins? I see this as a bug unless there is some other cosmic reason. How about, in DCC, electrum is an alloy of gold and platinum? It's funny how the brain works sometimes. We have no problems with the effe...

Re: First time running DCC

I think that recover the body doesn't apply to zero-levels. I also think it only applies when there was nobody around to have a chance to heal the character when he fell. For example if a thief sneaked ahead and fell, when his party reaches him and turns him over I'd use the 'recover the body' rule....

So my wife tells me it arrived at home! Now I need to wait until I leave work. Grrr!

Still very happy I'll be able to hold it in my hands this evening. :)
