Re: Dragonmeet - London, December 1
I was hoping to get there and run a DCC game, ad-hoc if needed, but I'm sick at home. Wishing... wishing for the dice.

Looking forward to it.Gizrond wrote: I'm working on a lifestyles chart for my game. I'll post it here when I finish.
Ragboy, I like the lifestyle idea. Having to pay a constant upkeep to stay at a certain level of lifestyle is both logical and rewarding (with the bonuses you suggests).

This glorious table should be in the book. Where is it from?

Varying the types of treasures, beyond just gold
I'm running Halls of the Minotaur (DCC 35a) for a group of fresh 1st level adventurers, and I've come upon a treasure problem. I'm not sure what kinds of rewards I should give. The adventure has all sorts of magical items, mostly low-level (it's a 0 lvl module, originally), but DCC doesn't encourage...

Really, it's hard to think of a more subtle solution!

Re: Working on a new spell - Limited Wish
Pesky, I deliberately avoided all sorts of time manipulation, in order to keep the "limited" feel of the spell, and also trying to keep the GM's head from exploding from having to cope with a potentially campaign-wrecking wish ("I wish we knew where to find the artifact, six months ag...

Working on a new spell - Limited Wish
I've been working on a new patron - Zahi Ma the Ship of the Stars - and the 3rd level spell I want him to grant is Limited Wish. That's actually the reason I started making him, I thought of a genie-like patron who loves to grant wishes, usually in the most horrible, specific ways. Since then the pa...

Re: Appendix N Adventures Annual Subscription
Can anyone voice an opinion or link to a review of these adventures? Or anything similar by the Brave Halfling (cool name).
I'm craving these, but still can't justify a purchase since I don't actually have a group yet.

Re: Introductions Thread - Join the Band!
Heya all, good to be here. My name's Eran, a long time GM of many systems and seldom a player of anything. Unfortunately. I'm a fan of the OSR, but never found a system that actually manages to bring the old school feel to the table, instead of just imitating the early editions of D&D. (Which ar...
