Re: "Fifth Edition Fantasy" feedback
Ok, so then the online store is not accurate or does the order button merely mean like pre-order? I have players interested in it but saw the KickStarter was over. I'm hoping the KickStarter gave funding for a general release as well; I really don't like KS being used as merely a pre-order way. Than...

Re: LFG for online game
I do yes ... as long as I stay far away from the sub forums that do general RP and even off topic stuff. You think GURPS players get their panties in a bunch when arguing over RAW vs. GM power? Throw them in with the rest of the fan boys and the place is a zoo that let all the animals free. I've pla...

Re: "Fifth Edition Fantasy" feedback
I'm scared. Troll Lord Games seems to be quickly abandoning CnC and rewriting everything for 5e and now with GG doing 5e stuff is it sniffing out DCC? Honestly, asking, its hard enough to get people to play it since it's not an always in print book at distributors. Need we warn people about what WoT...

Re: Gettimg DCC into the LGS
I got the DCC core book for my birthday this past October from my LGS and just ordered 4 modules. I haven't been able to stop proselytizing about the game everywhere I go, and the people have started to get interested. I have currently 2 regular and 1 whenever campaigns running (over a dozen folks)...

Re: Advice needed: school club with variable attendance
Maybe make the characters not owned by any specific player? Like a soap opera in the golden days: "the part of Francis the Cobbler is now being played by George of St. Rock Middle School."

Re: Mutant Crawl Classics (??)
hmm I wonder how that turned out? Personally ever since I played Boot Hill and Gamma Worlds wayyyy back I've never liked "levels" outside of Fantasy RP but preferred skills instead. Though I do admit that WoTC's D20 Modern worked because it assumed players would always "multi-class&qu...

DCC-RPG
Greetings, I am starting up a DCC-RPG game at my favorite forum based site: playbyweb.com to get my feet wet with DCC-RPG I will be using the 0-Level adventure from the core book and using Purple sorcerer's fantastic party generator for players to build their 0-level's with. If you are interested, p...
