Re: Southeast Michigan - Players Wanted

Thanks! The blog looks great. I'll be sure to read through it this week. I've run some of the same adventures in my work group and I'm always interested to see how it went for others.

Re: Show off your Appendix N

This is a pic of stuff I found while out book shopping today. I was very excited. I have more than this (mostly Lovecraft, some Tolkien, etc.). Here is what I got today: A. Merritt - Dwellers in the Mirage A. Merritt - The Moon Pool (1st edition!!! - at least I think it is) De Camp & Pratt - The...

Re: Intro

So...we've been playing at work for a while now and I have a small group going on weekends with some other friends. I am working on some adventures (actually a campaign) but it may be a while before I'm done with it. I'm also reading tons of Appendix N stuff and loving it. I can't wait to have some ...

Re: Appendix N music

LOVE Hawkwind. "Space Ritual" was my intro to them many years ago. It's great. I played a lot of Electric Wizard in the background recently at a DCC session and it was great. Really I don't think you can go wrong with any of the stoner/doom stuff. Rise Above (http://www.riseaboverecords.co...

Re: Zero Lvl PC's Burning Luck

I agree that the Luck would stay where it is after the funnel. This is how I run things anyway. They can use it but if they abuse it...they might regret it later.

Hello! My name is Shawn and I recently discovered DCC (and this forum). I started playing DnD back around 1981 or so but fell out of the hobby in the early 90s. I started getting back into it a few years back with DnD v3.5 and then Pathfinder. I like PF a lot but I feel like there are way too many r...
