I purchased DCC Lankhmar #7 (A Dozen Lankhmar Locations), and the usual coupon code graphic is on the first page, but there's no actual code for me to use on DTRPG.

I've noticed this on other DCC modules purchased from Amazon. Is this a normal thing?
