Re: Open Call for Xcrawl Playtesters
Talked to my group and they're really interested in playtesting. Also I've got an idea for a new kind of challenge to put into crawls. The defensive challenge, where you see how long you can last, and then that time is removed from your time in a time base crawl. The team must decide how much resou...

Re: Xcrawl's Greatest Hits
Yet another song that really doesn't need to be changed for the XCrawl. I see this as DJ Devastator's intro music as he is hell bent on revenge against all the XCrawlers. Song:: You're Goin' Down Artist: Sick Puppies Youtube Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2bohKixLt8&feature=PlayList&p...

Re: Original Merchandising Idea
I salute your players ideas, how ever I have a problem, the bodies of all defeated foes are still property of the XCrawl, and there fore the DJ. As for required fame It might be a biut higher, because it would be cool to see Druid Bob saying hey buy my stuff, but the common folk might balk at the &q...

Re: Team formation Suggestions?
The answer to all your problems: Murry the Agent/ Promoter. Murry needs a team to fill a spot in XCrawl (whatever) and all of the normal teams are out for what ever reason. Murry has worked with all of the PCs at one point or another in boffers, as body guards, in guild only compatitons, what ever. ...

Then my previous commonent about crying for the future of PnP gaming stands. Don't get me wrong I love PC gaming, but I enjoy PnP as well, I'm just afraid that eventually there will be no more PnP.

Re: So, with 4E out later this week..
I too have had a chance to go over some of the 4E stuff. Id it just me, or does it read more like a description of a video game than a PnP game? the format, power style, descriptions of classes and roles, magic items, pretty much everything could have come from just about any top line fantasy video ...

This is a nice idea. For those of us who have a not so small fourtion tied into the 3.5 system Pathfinder is a good option. I DL'd there alpha product yesterday and it seem pretty tight. A join venture between Goodman and Paizo would be cool. As well as opening XCrawl to fans of the old 3.5 and the ...

It mentions in the core books that the native americans are on the reservations but had been granted noble status (even if only in title) how do they rank in the over all system of nobles? How about compared to elves who also have noble title? And how are the native americans on race relations? And ...

I agree with DJQ a source book on the Messianic Cult and their plans and mecanations would be cool. Although speaking as a christian minister I can see that it's got a risk to be treading a slipery slope if handled poorly. If I can be of any service, please feel free to ask. One that worked well for us was Evoker 5/ Rouge 2 (Necro and Trans as forbidden schools) The hiding abilities matched with the massive fire power makes for a great croud pleaser.
