Re: The Game Store Review Thread
Nice! That store is on my personal wish list to visit. Similar to you, I have known about it forever but never quite made it in. Great recap! That spinner rack was actually manufactured by Goodman Games as part of a retailer promotion, way back in like 2005 or 2006. We shipped in about 400 to retail...

Re: That's a Nice Looking Bookshelf
Marv, you clearly need to be buying two copies of each book, so you have one for display and one for safe-keeping.
Easley cover should be in stores the week of Free RPG Day (week of June 15).

That's a Nice Looking Bookshelf
Here is a fun picture of one of my bookshelves -- all the DCC RPG core book spines lined up: http://www.goodman-games.com/images/Spines.jpg They are lined up in order of publication. The first and second printing of the standard cover are of slightly different widths, which isn't apparent unless you...

Re: Tales from the Road: My Road Crew experience thus far
Awesome recap Rick! It sounds like you are having a blast. I know from the emails we get (and all the swag we ship out) that a lot of other people are running Road Crew games, too. Other folks, post your experiences here! The first shared adventure will be ready for Free RPG Day. It will be announce...

Look what I got in the mail
The postman was nice to me today. :) You can find these at your local store on Free RPG Day, which is June 15! The Free RPG Day module is available for free that day at participating stores, and the rest of these titles will be on sale that week. http://www.goodman-games.com/images/FRPGD1.jpg http:/...

No promises yet on release -- still a lot to do. I will say that Gen Con is definitely a goal, but it's going to be a tough race to get there!

Re: That's a cool T-shirt
I'm a little late to the DCC t-shirt party, and I was eager to order one through the Goodman Games site, but found to my dismay that it is no longer available. Will this shirt, or another DCC shirt, beyond the world tour, be available again? I would love to get an authentic DCC shirt, but it seems ...

Re: DCC #75 THE SEA QUEEN ESCAPES
I was just curious, is the release date for The Sea Queen Escapes possibly sometime in the next week? The only reason I ask is because I'm moving within that time frame and don't know if I should go ahead change my address or see if it'll show up while moving. Maybe spellburn for the patron of movi...

Download and enjoy! The folio turned out quite nicely, I t...

Ebay auctions for Ernie Gygax Fire Relief Fund
Hello everyone, The residence of Ernie Gygax, son of Gary Gygax, was recently subjected to a fire which destroyed all of his possessions. He and his dog survived but everything he owned was destroyed. I am auctioning two items from my personal collection to support the Ernie Gygax Relief Fund. 100% ...

Just let Keith know as you run each game. And send the public link -- goal is to have the game open to new players at stores, cons, etc. if other people want to check out DCC RPG. And the swag will keep rolling!

Re: DCC RPG nominated for the Three Castles Award!
Well, what do you know. I was wondering why they kept asking for copies of the book. Just kidding -- it's an honor and I hope to see DCC RPG continue to advance! The Three Castles Award is a positive step for RPG awards, in my opinion.

Re: Mystery Map Adventure Design Competition
There were 24 adventures in the semi-final round, then 5 in the final round from which the final decision was made. Here are the 5 titles that made it into the final pool of selections. I will leave it up to individual authors to identify their own work if they would like their names to be public. T...

Re: Mystery Map Adventure Design Competition
It was a great submission, Jobe. All the judges agreed. A lot of people will enjoy playing it. And to everyone else out there -- there were many good submissions. Overall it was a strong field of contenders. If I am in need of another adventure any time soon, I may be contacting some of the other ca...

Re: Jim Roslof, R.I.P.
Jim did a lot of non-D&D work. I visited his studio with his wife after he passed away. His studio is filled with the advertising work that he did for many years after his time working as an art director at TSR. I'm not as familiar with his work from before his TSR days but it sounds like you ha...
