Help with a Lost Order

I made a purchase from Goodman recently and the post office confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. I have sent two emails to keith@goodman-games.com as that is where this page says I should send them:

I haven't gotten a response. Is there another email or way I can reach out to Goodman to get help with my order?

I don't know how recently we're talking (this week?), but Keith recently had some downtime... there may be a bit of a backlog to work through.

Thank you for letting me know. I sent an email this week and last week. I am glad to know that was the correct email and I just need to wait a little bit.

A late follow up, I did receive the lost item in my order at no additional cost. Goodman Games has excellent customer service.
