Dungeon Crawl Classics: Sunless Garden
The description of the Black Moss poison seems to have been omitted from the module. Little things like onset times, course of the "petrification" effect, and so on.

It's on page 3, under "Effects of the Black Moss": Inhaled or ingested, Fort DC 18, petrifaction.
Basically, you get petrified and turn into a tree. Onset time is three days (this is stated under Background Story on page 4; it could have been better organized under the section on page 3). The petrifaction can be cured by the antidote created by the black moss itself (see page 4). If you want to allow other methods in your campaign (remove curse, etc.) that's at the DM's discretion. Obviously the module's a lot better if the PCs have to find the antidote in the sunless garden itself!
