So, I am a new guy around here, I just placed an order yesterday for the Softcover Edition of the Etherscope Core Rulebook and just wanted to say hello!

You can call me Stomp. I am 25, male, and an avid gamer. I also am the DM of my group.

I was hunting for a Steampunk system and a few people from the ENWorld forums pointed out Etherscope to me, along with a few other things (Sorcery and Steam, and OGL Steampunk are the other two that I looked at)

After doing some research, it sounded, at least to me, that Etherscope was what I wanted. While not full bore Steampunk it was the concept behind the world/setting that got me.

So I hope to soon be a Etherscope-ite. Or whatever ya wanna call it.

My book shipped on Friday so it should be here within 14 days. I am so excited!

I got the softcover edition of the core book, which I believe is the updated version which includes the errata.

Looking forward to hearing how you find the game and now you post here I've even less reason to go to EN World which will save me some time. etherscope has been lucky to have a good community and I'm sure you'll find plenty of support/interest for your questions/ideas.
