Ogre Needs Help Badly

Ogre Needs Help Badly

Hey guys, I am seeking some help from any of you well learnid people. My DM is about to start running a Lankmar campaign. I asked him if I could play a stupid Ogre as a character. He told me if I could get some legit stat/leveling advancement system for it he would consider it.

So, could any of you post what a level 1 Ogre would look like and how to advance him through the campaign? Any ideas will be of help. I am messing with it myself, however I would like to see some input from others as to how they would do it or any of you DM's on how you would allow it.

He will more then likely make all the players roll a hard six at the table next session for stats if this gives a good starting point for info.

If I were in your situation, I would try using the Kith class from the Purple Planet (84B has the write-up). I believe there was an Orc class or two in one of the Crawl! issues you could adapt.
