You mean as an OAR adventure? That it's a WotC property and their hands are tied with those probably - otherwise we would have gotten DCC conversions for all the pre-Dark Tower ones too.

Also, the fact that WotC put out their own Giants adventure means they may not want a competitor doing another Giants thing.
