AI Addendum?

Hi All,
I'm super late to this particular party, but can anyone tell me if -- and where -- the MCC Kickstarter stretch goal (at the 75K mark) titled "AI Addendum" was pub'd?
I can't find it anywhere. Was it incorporated into the rulebook itself as part of Chapter Nine?
