Goodman Games DCC Events at GenCon 2022

Will all the DCC events hosted by Goodman Games at GenCon this year allow legacy characters?
I don't know the answer, but it may vary from game to game.
I'd be pretty sure the tournament won't, but others it might be down to the Judge running the game...
