So the DM tonight in our AD&D game wants the night off and asked me to run something. I thought it would be a good idea to spring DCC on them. I need an adventure to run that can be completed in about 4 hours or so. Any ideas? I have a vast library of OD&D stuff, nothing 3e or later to speak of. I'm also not up to spending 5 bucks for a 16 page pdf for the DCC starter adventure.
Thanks.
Recommend me a one shot module for use with DCC

B2--Keep on the Borderlands
U1--The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh
I think both of those can be done in 4-hours, or at least enjoyed, and both are low level.
Of course T1-The Village of Hommlet would be swell too.

Considering the extremely crappy nature of beginning characters- Hommlet would be great. Also- Heroes are made not born.
