* Don't schedule any games Thursday night, so the DMs can hit BeerCon.
* Joseph & Adrian/Chris need to double check all Gen Con official event listings to make sure times match up to what we expect.
* Incorporate DM feedback into scheduling of back-to-back games.
* Get more DM's so they handle fewer games each -- prevent burnout.
* In Gen Con event listing, mention explicitly that all players should prepare for the tournament by downloading the player pack, and get further details from www.goodman-games.com

Design notes:
*0-lvl PCs (lvl 1 experts) can't find traps DC 21 or higher. Exception: dwarves w/ stonework traps. (Maybe we should plan to include a dwarf expert.)

One other thought: Consider ways to allow smaller regional cons a unique participation in the tournament module. We have Erica running Palace at U-Con, and several people have run Crypt at smaller cons. Some way to add a prequel, sequel, qualifier, custom rooms, or *something* to give the small regional cons their own role in the Gen Con tournament would be really cool.
